CHA Post #3

My plan to send back most of my catalogs and samples (such as they were) via UPS was a good one, although hardly original  (they had a mini business depot set up in the convention centre outfitted for just such service) so I expect that it will arrive by Monday or Tuesday in time for my "CHA Q & A" next Tuesday night at The Scrapbox. The ordering of product continues and is a time consuming process so I hope to have updates on that as well for Tuesday. There was so many booths to see that often times I was simply stopping in, getting the catalog, snapping the pics of the product I want on my phone and moving on to the next one.

I plan on doing a Spellbinders Pre-order so keep an eye out for it, after I send out the weekly newsletter (late this week for obvious reasons - my apologies!).

Yesterday ranged all over 2 halls (B & C) which was a lot to cover. A few things that jump out in my memory quickly before I have to dash to my shuttle to the airport.

- Queen & Co's line of Patterned tape and Twine is just as lovely as shown online.

-Pink Paislee and Christy Thomlinson is a match made in heaven, and the other Pink lines are beautiful as well.

-Spellbinders has a new line of dies that allow you to cut and flip parts of the die cut into beautiful patterns - the name of the type of die escapes me (lack of sleep) but it will be HUGE hit with my cardmakers for sure!

- DIY Thickers - I saw these on day one but didn't mention them in my other post - double sided adhesive on plain white thickers of  all your favourite fonts - peel and stick then peel the top to add any kind of glitter, flocking or microbeads and they stick beautifully!!! These will be a big hit for sure!

I see I need to get to the shuttle so will try to post more later. It's been an overwhelming experience so will have to go through my pics to help get my thoughts organized. Thanks for following me along on my adventures and I hope you are looking forward to the nex product as much as I am.

Cheers and pray for clear skies!
